The company was founded in 1973 in Paris by Guy Cifré. He was one of the first to take an interest in old stock certificates. He wrote three books allowing even the non-french-fluent collector to use the volumes. Issues are classified alphabetically and topically in themes and areas: 3000 Titres Français répertoriés et cotés, La France en Titres, then La France d'Outre-Mer, about French colonies and overseas territories. Françoise Cifré took over the company in 2008.
